Northwood UK logo at the beginning and start of the advert. Transitions between pictures and clips must be interesting and not dead cuts.

Promotional, Educational.

Landlords looking for guaranteed rent, also people who are looking to rent or buy properties.

YouTube also maybe in the estate agents itself.
